2017
Graduated with a Bachelor of Design (Honours) from Massey University, Wellington.
2018
Massey offered me a job as the University design technician, which I couldn't turn down. This was an exciting year of mentorship and personal growth, while flexing those design muscles in a bustling and energetic environment. I also started my own candle-making business around this time.
2019
Had great opportunities contracting for clients such as Rawstorne Studio, Dawnfinder, Wonder Group, and Rhythm and Vines.
2019 - 2020
Worked full time as an interior and graphic designer for Millé (@mille.interiors.) I was project lead and designer on many commercial projects. My role included 3D modeling, designing logos, uniforms, menus typography, illustrations and collateral for many successful cafés, bars and restaurants around New Zealand. After Covid and the hospitality sector took a hit, I decided to go back to freelancing.
2020 - 2021
Built a swimwear brand, worked as a production/art assistant for Motion Sickness on exciting projects such as The Eggplant and worked as a freelancer with clients such as Le Noel Surfboards and Endeavour Live, who organise festivals and gigs around New Zealand.
